Founded in 1990, our purpose is to provide high-quality, client-focused contracting and management services. We are employee-owned, which sets us apart in our industry. EDC is comprised of two major divisions: General Contracting and Development Management.
Our General Contracting division builds for a select group of local, national, and regional developers and end users. We help with budget development, scheduling, subcontractor prequalification, bid solicitation, project management, and more.

We have a dedicated team of Superintendents who are willing to travel and build a quality product. Our extensive subcontractor database also allows us to build almost anywhere nationally.
