PROCESS


EDC is comprised of two major divisions: General Contracting and Development Management.

Our General Contracting division builds for a select group of local, national, and regional developers and end users. We help with budget development, scheduling, subcontractor prequalification, bid solicitation, project management, and more.

The Development Management division serves numerous institutional and multi-site clients. As Owner’s Representative, EDC manages the entire development process from pre-construction through final occupancy, including master planning coordination, feasibility studies, site and building analysis, development budgets and schedules, consultants’ selection, design management, cost estimating, construction bidding, construction management, and construction accounting.
