Jefferson Valley Mall is a two-level regional shopping center located in Yorktown Heights, New York, an affluent northern Westchester County suburb, approximately 45 miles north of New York City. Originally built in 1983, EDC recently completed a major interior and exterior renovation. Lower-level shops were demolished and replaced with a turnkey Dick’s Sporting Goods, complete with an upper-level elevator and escalator vestibule and a new exterior mall entrance and façade. Additionally, the existing food court and restrooms were completely reconfigured and renovated, and a new mall concourse was created with an additional exterior mall entrance. Building facades, hardscape, and landscape, were updated and all new exterior entrance architectural elements were added. The four-phase project was completed in time for the holiday shopping season.
